Before joining Photonic, Sarah was on the senior leadership team at Microsoft Studios in Vancouver as the Director of Business Development and Strategy. She joined Microsoft through the acquisition of BigPark, where she was the Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Before joining BigPark, she was the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis for Electronic Arts. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a Chartered Professional Accountant of British Columbia.

Cindy garners two decades of commercial real estate experience with a strong background in finance, leasing and asset management and a proven track record in repositioning assets and creating value for a portfolio of income producing properties. Cindy is the Investment team lead for Grosvenor’s transit-oriented development sites delivering 5 million sq. ft. of urban master planned communities in Metro Vancouver. Together with the development team, she shapes the build-to-core strategy for multifamily rental, retail and office that will add $2 billion in value to Grosvenor’s investment holdings in North America. Cindy resides in Vancouver, BC, and enjoys reading and listening to podcasts covering topics such as leadership, human behaviour, science, and comedy. She is an avid runner, cyclist, skier, and fitness enthusiast. Inspired by nature, she feels most at home on a lush, single-track trail deep in the North Shore mountains.

Chauncey has over 10 years of experience working in supportive housing and residents and is proud to bring this experience, as well as his experience working with management and contractors, into his current role as a director of operations and tenant relations.

Annarita is a hard-working Rental property manager providing excellent rental property management and tenant support.

Previously she has worked as the Facilities Manager overseeing the maintenance of the buildings and grounds of Atira Women’s Resource Society’s (AWRS) portfolio of buildings, working collaboratively with Executive Directors Operations, Program Managers and support staff to ensure the upkeep of Atira’s buildings, grounds, equipment, and supplies.

Before joining Atira Annarita worked as a residential tenant coordinator.

After years in private real estate business, Lisha joined Atira in February 2018 to pursue a career into the non-profit sector. She is mainly responsible for the market rental pool portfolio, but she also co-manages the non-profit housing portfolio, serving seniors and families with low-income subsidized housing. Lisha hold a Masters in Public Administration and she is licensed for Rental Management services from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

John is licensed to provide Strata management services through the Sauder School of Business Real Estate Division at the University of British Columbia. He also holds an Associates of Arts – Communications Studies degree from San Diego City College.

Prior to joining the team at Atira Property Management Inc., John Fowler helped to create the customer service and sales team as the Call Centre Manager for Cymax Stores and led several stores as a Store Manager – Retail Operations with Starbucks Coffee Canada.

John started with Atira as a Property Manager assistant in 2017 and obtained his license in 2018. John has been able to build his responsabilities by fostering his skills in interpersonal communication, client relations and organization. The clients who currently work with John have provided glowing feedback about his management and John will continue to grow his career at Atira Property Management Inc. in the years to come.

Jose is from Queretaro, Mexico and came to Canada in August of 2001. He attended Simon Fraser University with interest in learning disabilities and equity gaps for those with diverse learning abilities. He also studied and focussed his attention on suicidality and crisis prevention. During his time at university he worked for the Center for Accessible Learning’s note-taking program where he would make sure that students had equality of access to lecture materials by closing the information gap caused by large classroom sizes and poor acoustical or visual conditions. He was also heavily involved with the Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention Center of BC, answering crisis calls and providing suicide prevention talks in local high schools. Jose started working for Atira in 2009 as a support worker at the Arco Hotel, became the Program manager in 2011 and has had several managerial roles within his 12 years at Atira. He has also been training staff in “non-violent crisis intervention” for last four years and after the COVID 19 pandemic hit Jose collaborated with the Director of Talent to create an online version of the training.  Jose became the Director of Supportive Housing and Tenant Relations in February of 2020 and has since focused on supporting Program Managers so they can provide the best possible care to the members of the community we serve. Jose believes in creating a housing environment that is accepting, respectful, caring and safe, and where tenants have influence over their living situations as he believes this is the foundation for health and wellness.

She spent several years working as a Women’s Support Worker before moving into the role of Facilities Manager in 2019, and Senior Facilities Manager with the Atira Property Management Inc. SRO Portfolio before moving into the role of Director, Facilities & Maintenance for both AWRS and APMI SRO Portfolios.

Meghann’s current work is informed by her early experiences working with Atira as a support worker - understanding the day to day operations on the front lines and allowing her to understand the diverse needs of the portfolios, advocating for the safety and needs of our tenants and staff when liaising with Atira’s stakeholders. With a  focus on building structure and improving processes within a fast paced environment, Meghann strives to ensure that the work she does will provide safe, accessible, and adequate housing for the tenants that Atira serves.
